VENUE USAGE

In purchasing a spreadsheet, you may use it for any venues that you are an owner of — not any other level of staff. If you would like me to edit the spreadsheets you've purchased for use in other venues, I will do so for 1,000,000g per hour.

SHEET COPIES

Please turn off sheet copying for viewers and commenters. You can do this via File > Share > Share with others > cog in the top right. If you've purchased the file, you can make copies as you wish, but only for that venue.

SHARING

Only share with staff of the same venue. Do not copy for use elsewhere.

FIXING SPREADSHEETS

I will only fix my own. If you need assistance in fixing them, the cost is 200,000g each time. Price is subject to change.

ALTERATIONS

Feel free to alter or edit as you need, but please don't do it for the purposes of selling the spreadsheet yourself.

CUSTOM SPREADSHEETS

Currently I am not making custom spreadsheets as I still have a few basic spreadsheets to add here. If, however, you are willing to pay 3,000,000 (three million) an hour for a custom spreadsheet, please feel free to contact me. Note it often takes 3-10 hours for me to make a spreadsheet and I cannot promise overly complex mechanics.

This is a spreadsheet for food and drink servers. Each server has a separate tab in the sheet that helps them tally how much money to charge and which in-game item(s) to give the customer.The total amount of money earned by all servers is calculated on the main tab, and each server has a personal total on their tab so that they can reference how much money to give to the front desk or management.New: In addition, the total number of each item purchased is calculated in the recipes tab for reference at the end of the night.An optional tab helps keep a log of all funds earned by the servers over the course of a year. It's personalized to the venue for the days that it is open and can be adjusted to calculate drink profits and total profits if your venue has a nightly buyout option.

All elements of this template are filled with placeholder text. There is no help from me; you receive your copy of the sheet and will edit it yourself.

FINISHED TEMPLATE: 5,000,000g

I will complete the data entry so that the sheet is ready for use. I will make and link all of the server pages. I will make the food/drink page and variable page with an unlimited number of items. I will make sure you have options for buyouts.For this option, you will need to provide me with a list of servers, a list of menu items (with in-game item, price, and description or RP recipe), and any text you wish to use in the Server Guide. If you would like to use my guidelines, it is an additional 250,000g.If you choose this option and it takes me more than two hours to complete, I charge an additional 1,000,000g per hour.

OPTIONAL YEARLY LOG: 2,000,000g

I will make a tab tailored specifically to your venue to keep track of server earnings over the course of one year. Every night you are open, all you need to do is enter the total amount earned by the servers that night and whether or not the bar or kitchen was bought out. From there, it will calculate the total amount of money earned for the current year, both with and without the buyouts.This will also include a section or tab to tally the number of drinks used over the same period based on your preference.
